Individual Therapy

Counselling is a private space with a safe professional who will listen and hold confidence. It can be used to explore your thoughts, feelings and somatic experiences, make connections between the past and present, practice interpersonal skills and set goals for the future based on unique needs. I work collaboratively so that consent and intent towards the process is continuously established. I like to have an initial online assessment with individuals to go through the contract. Once we have both established it is a good fit, face to face sessions will be available.

Individual Therapy with Reiki

This counselling service centres around bringing your energetic body directly into the space and observing what is happening, as well as what you feel safe to access and connect with. It starts with a fifteen minute energy check and reiki top up. From here, I will explain what I observed and we will collaboratively decide how to move forward with the material as I offer psychotherapeutic ideas. I will be able to stay attuned to your energy body throughout and bring this into the room. At the end, there will be fifteen minutes to receive reiki before closing down your chakras and protecting your energy.

Family | Group | Couple's Therapy

Relationship counselling is an opportunity to navigate difficult issues within your relationship with a professional to offer an ethical structure, theoretical ideas, and active listening to each member's unique experience to provide a bridge of understanding and connection. When I work with multiple people, I like to have an initial face to face group assessment followed by individual assessments. This helps me form a clinical opinion about whether relationship counselling is appropriate at this time, and it also gives you the opportunity to assess whether I am the right counsellor for you.

Reiki is a form of energy healing channelled from unlimited universal healing energy. It is a smart energy and it goes to where it is needed in your body. Individuals may feel waves of relaxation as they lie still. I will share intuitive insights.
